What You’ll Need

  • 2 large ripe Papayas
  • 2 cups of Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • 2 cups of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of granola
  • 6 teaspoons of chia seeds
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Method

Step One

Start by cutting the ripe Papayas in half. Scoop out the seeds from the center and discard them.

Step Two

Next, pour a cup of Greek Yogurt into each Papaya half. Drizzle a tablespoon of honey over each one.

Step Three

Then, divide the mixed berries evenly among the Papaya bowls, and slice the banana into thin rounds and add them evenly into each bowl.

Step Four

Afterwards, sprinkle a cup of granola and a teaspoon of chia seeds over each bowl.
