What You’ll Need

  • 6 ripe peaches, peeled and pitted
  • 1 bottle Prosecco or any dry sparkling wine (750ml)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
  • Crushed ice for serving
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Method

Step One

Begin by pitting and peeling the ripe peaches. After having done this, place the peaches in a blender. Blend until your mixture is smooth, removing any lumps or suspicious particles.

Step Two

To your peach mixture, add sugar and lemon juice. Blending these ingredients, taste the mixture after. If necessary, adjust the sweetness to your preference. Once content with the taste, pour the mixture into a pitcher and refrigerate for at least an hour to chill.

Step Three

After your mixture has been chilled, pour the Prosecco or your chosen dry sparkling wine into the pitcher. Lightly stir to fully incorporate the mixture with the wine. Ensure to mix gently as to not disrupt the bubbles in the wine.

Step Four

Prepare your glasses for serving. Do this by filling the glasses halfway with crushed ice. Once done, pour your Peach Bellini mix over the ice into each glass. If you choose, garnish each glass with a mint leaf for added aesthetic.
