What You’ll Need

  • 6 ripe persimmons
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1/4 cup of greek yogurt
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup of crushed ice
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract

Method

Step One

First, you need to prepare the persimmons. Peel them and remove the stems and seeds. Cut them into chunks.

Step Two

Peel the bananas and cut them into slices.

Step Three

In a blender, add the chunks of persimmons, slices of bananas, almond milk, greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and crushed ice.

Step Four

Blend all the ingredients together until smooth. Add more almond milk if you feel the consistency is too thick for your taste.

Step Five
