What You’ll Need

  • 2 cups of fresh Salmonberries
  • 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 2 cups of heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Method

Step One

Wash your fresh Salmonberries under cold water. Make sure all the dirt and impurities are rinsed off.
