What You’ll Need

  • 1.5 cups of white rum
  • 1 cup of fresh lime juice
  • 3/4 cup of simple syrup
  • 9 Ugli fruits, peeled and divided into segments
  • 1 bunch of fresh mint, about 1.5 cups loosely packed
  • Club soda
  • Ice cubes
  • Lime slices and additional Ugli fruit segments for garnish

Method

Step One

Step Three
