  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted (or dairy-free substitute)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (or dairy-free substitute)

Method

Step One

Combine your gluten-free all-purpose baking flour, sugar, active dry yeast, xanthan gum, and fine sea salt in a large mixing bowl. Ensure these ingredients are adequately mixed.

Step Two

Next, you will need to heat the milk until it is warm but not boiling. It should be warm to the touch, not hot. Pour this warm milk into the mixing bowl with the previously combined dry ingredients.
