What You’ll Need
- 1 1/2 cups quinoa
- 3 cups water
- 1 bunch asparagus (about 1 lb), trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

Method
Step One
